Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates should have solid experience in large-scale civil, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
- Minimum of 12 years of BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture or any related field. Master’s degree is preferred
- Previous KSA/GCC experience is preferred. Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
- A transferable Iqama is preferred for candidates currently in KSA.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of BIM standards and procedures across all project phases.
- Monitor BIM deliverables to meet project timelines, quality benchmarks, and client requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related matters across projects.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary model integration and resolve clashes in a timely manner.
- Support project teams in interpreting BIM data for construction and decision-making purposes.
- Maintain proper documentation, version control, and data management within BIM environments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM tools and workflows.
