Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Contract Management, or any related field. A master’s degree is preferable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
  • Experience in KSA/GCC is highly preferred. Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • For candidates currently in KSA, a transferable Iqama is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent application of contract management standards across all projects.
  • Safeguard company interests by identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
  • Ensure timely processing of contractual correspondence, claims, and variations.
  • Support project execution teams in understanding contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all contractual documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual alignment and clarity.
