Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Master’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (RICS or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience in KSA/GCC is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates currently in KSA.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure effective cost management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to prevent cost overruns.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to management.
Support project planning through cost advice and value engineering inputs.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial and contractual transactions.
