Q8 Property Inspection (كيوايت لخدمات الكشف على العقارات) is an independent pre-purchase property inspection company in Kuwait. We inspect villas, floors and apartments before a client buys — waterproofing, central AC, electrical, plumbing, cracks, facades, bathrooms and kitchens, doors and windows, aluminium and glass, floors and finishes — and issue a written photographic report so the buyer knows exactly what they are buying. We are independent: we do not sell, broker or repair property. Our promise is simple — buy without surprises.

Experience in sales, customer service, or exhibition and event work
Well presented, outgoing, and comfortable starting a conversation with a stranger
Fluent Arabic; English an advantage
Able to stand for long periods and to commit to all six exhibition days, both shifts
Quick to learn a new service and deliver a consistent pitch
Welcome visitors to the booth and open the conversation
Explain the pre-purchase inspection service clearly and convincingly
Answer common questions and turn genuine interest into a booking
Capture visitor details — name, contact number, property type
Hand out brochures and keep the booth tidy and presentable
Provide a short daily report on visitor numbers and bookings taken
We provide a short paid briefing session before the exhibition covering the service, the pitch and the most common questions, and all printed materials.
