By submitting their information, companies expressly agree that LBCK may use, process, store, and share the submitted data with relevant stakeholders, partners, or authorities as LBCK deems appropriate. - Accuracy of Information:
Companies certify that all submitted information is accurate, up to date, and provided by an authorized representative. - Right to Verify / Reject:
LBCK reserves the right to request additional documentation, verify submitted information, or reject entries that do not meet its criteria without providing justification. - Consent to Publication:
Companies consent that their name, profile, and relevant business data may be publicly displayed on LBCK platforms, directories, or reports. - Indemnification:
Companies agree to indemnify and hold LBCK harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the information they submit. - Data Modification:
LBCK may edit, format, or standardize submitted information for clarity or consistency without altering its substance. - Withdrawal Rights:
Companies may request removal or updating of their information, but LBCK cannot guarantee immediate removal from previously shared content or third-party platforms. - Compliance:
Lebanese and Kuwaiti companies confirm that all submitted information complies with applicable laws in their respective countries and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
