-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 7–10 years of experience in the elevator/escalator industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of elevator installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety standards.
-Experience managing technical teams, field operations, and project schedules.
-Familiarity with local regulations, safety codes, and quality standards related to elevator systems.
-Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
-A valid driving license is preferred.
-Oversee daily operations of elevator installation, maintenance, and service activities.
-Manage and supervise technical and field teams to ensure efficient performance.
-Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
-Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
-Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
-Prepare operational reports and performance updates for management.
