Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) are required or highly preferred.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in HSE within construction, civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in KSA/GCC is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates currently in KSA.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure strict enforcement of HSE standards across all project sites.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of safety observations and corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements.
- Support project teams in achieving zero-incident objectives.
