Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in QA/QC within large-scale construction, civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in KSA/GCC is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama preferred for candidates currently in KSA.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of QA/QC standards across all project phases.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality documentation.
- Ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Support project teams in achieving zero-defect delivery targets.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and client representatives on quality matters.
- Promote a strong quality culture across all project teams.
