Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Engineering candidates must be registered with the Lebanese Order of Engineers (OEA).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the elevator or construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Established network of consultants, contractors, and developers is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license (if Kuwait resident).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Lead sales activities for installation and maintenance projects.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
